Heather Nauert

 

Heather Ann Nauert was born on January 27 1970. She is an American broadcast journalist, and a former official in government. Heather was the Spokesperson of the United States Department of State under the Donald Trump administration. She is a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute, which is a conservative think-tank.



 



 Prior to her roles at the Department of State, she worked as an ABC News correspondent and news presenter on the Fox News program Fox & Friends. From March 2018 until October 2018, Nauert worked as the acting Under Secretary for State for Public Diplomacy Public Affairs, Public Relations and Public Diplomacy within the Trump administration. Nauert was named to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board in 2019 by Trump.
